We ask that the street team members be on time for events, and meetups they are scheduled for. A street team manager or Infinity Con staff will contact team members when events are booked to see who is available.
You must be at least 18 years of age by March 20, 2024.
No costumes are allowed to be worn during your shift unless the event specifically requests or warrants it (The Street Team Manager will let you know which events this is a possibility for - EX: Halloween events)
No children, significant others, and/or friends are allowed to "work" with you during your shift. If you have a teenager who might be interested in joining you to help spread the word, please reach out to the street team manager. For any other 18+ individuals, please direct them to fill out the application.
Smoking will only be allowed in designated areas and away from any booth or event area.
No alcoholic beverages or drugs are allowed to be consumed or carried during your event. If you arrive intoxicated or become intoxicated during your time with the street team, you will not be able to be a part of the street team any longer.
Open street team events will be sent to you and available on the Eventeny login.
If there is an emergency and you are not able to work an event, please contact us in a timely manner.
**If you are not feeling well, have tested positive for COVID-19, or have been in contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19, please let us know, and stay home to take care of yourself.
If you do not show up for your shift and do not notify us, you will no longer qualify to volunteer for Infinity Con.
Please wear comfortable shoes as you will most likely be standing for the majority of your shift. We DO NOT offer safe keeping so please do not bring anything with you to store (i.e. purses, merchandise, costumes, etc.). We suggest keeping these items locked in your car or with a companion.
Filling out the Street Team form affirms that you understand the risks and hazards associated with volunteering. As a volunteer of the Infinity Con Street Team, you expressly assume all risk of injury or harm from these activities and release Infinity Con or Parent company Lunar 11 Entertainment LLC from all liability that may arise while promoting Infinity Con Tallahassee, 2024.
By filling out the Street Team form you release and forever discharge and hold harmless InfinityCon or Parent company Lunar 11 Entertainment LLC, and their successors and assigns from any and all liability, claims, and demands of whatever kind of nature, either in law or in equity, which arise or may arise from the services you provide while promoting InfinityCon Gainesville, 2024.
Filling out the Street team form you also grant and convey to InfinityCon or Parent company Lunar 11 Entertainment LLC all right, title, and interests in any and all photographs, images, video, or audio recordings of you or your likeness or voice made by InfinityCon in connection with providing volunteer services.
