From assisting with event setup, managing registration and attendee inquiries, to guiding exhibitors and ensuring a smooth flow throughout the day, there is a role for everyone to contribute their unique skills and talents. To volunteer for the Expo, simply reply to this email with your preferred shift(s) and the area(s) you are interested in assisting with or click the link below. Our team will provide you with further details and assign you to a specific role based on your preferences. We are looking for helping hands to help set up and break down. Set up and Check In is from 6am-9am. Chamber Table is from 9am-1pm. Passing out bags. Breakdown is from 1230pm-230pm. Only Chamber Young Professionals for the YP Water Table 9am-1pm.
