message You will be helping to put together the Artists' Packages which contain all of the information for the exhibiting artists at the show. This is fun, and you'll get to meet all of the show team.

message A really important part of the event, is mapping out where all the tents will go. You'll be helping to mask with tape and chalk the tent spaces and supporting the logistics team get ready for the event the following day.

message The show must go on! Rain or sunshine we will be loading in artists and getting ready for show opening. Artists are required to drive up, unload and then go park their cars before they move their materials to their tent. Our job is to watch over their materials while they do this, and ensure they have a smooth load in, moving on any cars who stay longer than their allotted time. This role does not require any lifting or carrying.

message Day 1! Everyone is excited and our volunteers play a crucial role for our artists once the show begins. Your role, is to liaise with the artists and check on them regularly, helping by watching their tents while they take wellness breaks, or grabbing them a bottle of water for the Artists' Network Booth. We help our artists get comfortable in their spaces, and support them when they need to step away from their tents.

message Without you, our visitors won't know where to go! You'll be handing out flyers to visitors as they enter and encouraging them to check our our exhibition. You'll also be a helpful guide to the public and from time to time, we will switch you with our Artists Liaison team to help support the artists, when they need to take a break, by watching their tents or by placing you on the Information Booth.
