Volunteer for Pride Frisco Festival 2024

We will meet in the parking lot in front of the East Gate entrance at Toyota Stadium. If you have trucks or flatbeds, we will need them to transport supplies from Public Storage nearby. Some will help with supplies transport. The rest will help with signage setup in the parking lots and other preparatory items when we gain access into the stadium at 1pm. Setup Vendor Team: -organize intake flow from North Gate. ensure vendors are properly checked in. -help vendors to their booth spaces and get setup Volunteer Area: -ice on drinks, snacks out -noise reduction/cancellation headphones are out -coloring books are out

Remove all signage inside stadium. Retain all signs that are not damaged. Replace stadium flags and any borrowed equipment back to their original positions. Cleanup sweeps to ensure the stadium is returned to its original condition. Remove all signage from parking lots including A-frames and directional signs Dispose of metal stakes. Retain all signs that are not damaged. Assemble all items that will go to storage at North Gate We will need trucks and flatbeds to haul items to Public Storage
