Event Day: * Welcoming Smiles: Greet attendees with infectious enthusiasm and guide them to the heart of the festivities. * Parking Prowess: Direct drivers to available parking spots with a friendly smile and clear instructions. * Keeping the Pulse: Assist vendors with setting up and managing their booths, ensuring a seamless experience for all. Celebrate Lunar Volunteer Terms & Conditions Welcome to Celebrate Lunar! We're excited about your interest in volunteering for our event on February 24, 2024. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone involved, please review the following terms and conditions: Event: Celebrate Lunar 2024 Date: Saturday, February 24, 2024 Location: Luminary Green Park: 437 N Terry Ave, Orlando, FL 32801 Volunteer Responsibilities: *Commitment: Volunteers are expected to commit to a minimum of 3-8 hours of service on the event date. *Event Day: Arrive at the event venue at least 30min before your assigned shift begins. PLEASE CHECK IN AT VERA ASIAN - your QRCode will be scanned and receive volunteer info. *Role-Specific Duties: Fulfill the duties specific to your assigned volunteer role, such as: * Set-up and breakdown: Assisting with setting up and breaking down event decorations, equipment, and booths. *Guest Assistance: Providing information and directions to event attendees, answering questions, and maintaining a welcoming and helpful attitude. *Activity Supervision: Overseeing designated activity areas and ensuring the safety and enjoyment of participants. * Food Service: Assisting with food preparation, distribution, and cleanup. *Cleanliness: Maintaining the cleanliness of event areas throughout the day. Volunteer Dress Code: * Volunteers should dress professionally and comfortably, come with a BIG SMILE :) *Closed-toe shoes, event t-shirt, nicely brushed hair style. Important Notes: * All volunteers must be 18 years of age or older. * Minors (under 18) may volunteer with written parental/guardian consent and accompanied by a parent/guardian. * Celebrate Lunar reserves the right to remove volunteers from the event for any reason, including violation of these terms and conditions or disruptive behavior.
