Chili Fest General Volunteers

message Assist in set up activities such as bring supplies to vendors, setting up tables and chairs, hanging banners, putting out trash stations, etc.

message Assist in various tasks as needed: like ticketing, serving at chili stands, general information booth, etc.

message Green Team volunteers will receive a $100 visa gift card as a thank you for serving in this very important role. Help support the Town's zero-waste efforts by educating and guiding attendees regarding where to place the reusable chili bowls and water cups, trash and recycle. We will also ask a few folks to watch the event exits to make sure reusables are not being taken home (missing reusables come with a cost to the Town). This is mostly a hands-off assignment; pickers will be provided if sorting is needed. Volunteer must arrive at 1:30pm for a brief training session and work the full shift until 6pm. Breaks are supported. Green Team volunteers also receive a special green-team t-shirt and a free lunch.
