About the application

This is the Application for ALL STAFF (RANGERS and above) for this convention year. DO NOT give out this application to non-staff. If you are approved for Wednesday's crash space, then we will notify you in mid-August. If you are not on the Wednesday list, there is no hotel on Wednesday and no FOGO. We will see you Thursday at 10 a.m.

Terms & Conditions

All applications will be approved by Staffing within two weeks of submission. Please do not fill it out multiple times! Unless otherwise told directly by Jon, everyone will arrive on Thursday and check out on Monday. HOTEL COSTS: We spend a lot each year on unused hotel space. To limit this, we are implementing a few changes. If you apply and cannot attend for whatever reason, we need to be informed ASAP so we can modify the hotel room lists. Please email Staffing@san-japan.org if you are not going to be able to make it. August 15th is when we need to start finalizing the rooms, but we can move stuff around until check-in on Con-Thursday at 3 pm. If anyone plans to check out on Sunday, please let us know. We can release empty rooms a day early if they are unused. **Since we had so many unused spaces over the last few years, the new policy is that if you sign up and do not notify us that you are not showing up, we may add you to the do not approve list moving forward.**
