message Organize event bins, put together artist packages include laminating, labeling and packing up materials for the show.

message Shifts are totally flexible through out the 3 weeks leading up to the show. Distribution of postcards to local hotels and other key locations, postering on boards throughout the North Toronto. Staple gun and flyers and postcards can be picked up at the Artists' Network 1158 Queen Street East (Queen and Jones), Toronto, ON.

message Mark the layout of the event grounds, organize the overnight storage area for event day.

message One of our most important roles in helping with the successful production of the show! Shift will begin in the loading zones and through out the event space as well as in the overnight storage area to help direct artist with the event load in. Will also include some set up the the signage and the Artists' Network booth and "I Gave Art" gallery.

message Support artists during the exhibition. Help get them registered, provide relief and watch their booth, hand out materials, and assist as needed throughout the day.
