Setup tents, move benches and help mark out vendor spaces. Vendors start arriving at 7:15, may need some assistance directing traffic and helping them with unloading.

Continue directing traffic and helping vendors unload. May be some light organizing of info tent. Towards the end of shift, the focus changes to making sure all vehicles are out of the park before the 10:00am start time.

Pack up items, fold up and stow tents, load into vehicles. Take down signage and banners. Assist any vendors that need help packing and loading. Walk the park at end and look for/pick up any left behind items or trash (our policy is to leave the space better than we found it).
