Set Up Crew will assist with Vendor Load-In, signage, and final preparations for the festival. All volunteers will have the opportunity to enjoy the festivities and a discount on a tethered balloon ride, starting at 4:00 pm (weather permitting).

Volunteers for the first shift will be assigned to final preparations, ticket gates, grounds crew, security, balloon attendant, VIP liaison, etc... Please plan to arrive by 12:30 p.m. to allow for time to park, check-in, and arrive at your assigned station. After your shift concludes, First Shift volunteers will be invited to enjoy enjoy the festivities and a discount on a tethered balloon ride tethered balloon ride (weather permitting).

Volunteers for the second shift will be assigned to ticket gates, grounds crew, security, balloon attendant, VIP liaison, tear down, etc. Please plan to arrive by 3:00 p.m. to allow for time to park, check-in, enjoy enjoy the festivities and a discount on a tethered balloon ride (weather permitting), and arrive at your assigned volunteer station. All second shift volunteers will be asked to assist with tear down concluding the event.
