• Dress code - I understand that I must wear all-white while onsite at the event between 3pm - 11pm. I understand this means NO jeans, athletic wear, ball caps, shorts or colors of any kind. White tennis shoes will be permitted for volunteers.
• Non Disclosure Agreement: I agree NOT to disclose the location of the event (once informed) until after 11:00 PM (night) on June 3, 2023. I understand that doing so will compromise the secrecy of the event, and will result in dismissal of my volunteer role and potential repayment of event relocation fees.
• Rain or Shine Event - I understand that this is a rain or shine event, and I am expected to arrive as scheduled unless otherwise notified by the event hosts. I understand the event hosts will take reasonable measures for safety.
