Guides are stationed at the designated entry points to the park for vehicles that are loading in for the event. Volunteers will be responsible for ensuring that vehicles are entering the park in the right location, and will also help ensure that vehicle traffic is flowing through the park efficiently. Staff the Vendor Central Booth, Assist with food and booth Check-in and vendor relations. Answer questions about vendor status, handle payment questions or new charges that need to be assessed, complete any data entry and manage any fulfillment of deliverables for vendors and sponsors. Teams are stationed in a Color Section helping vendors get checked in and find booth space, answer questions about setup and schedules as well as making sure vendors with extra rentals (tables or tents) have received them. Show more >

Volunteers will assist with all things site logistics- including setting up fences, tables, tents, etc. This position will require frequent carrying, bending, walking up and down stairs, etc. Show more >
