Team leads will be coordinating planning meetings to work on logistics and include volunteers to plan and start fabrication of the activation. Meetings times will vary depending on the schedules for the volunteers to accomplish the work needed to prepare for the activation.

We will be providing an opportunity to sign up for specific time slots (3-4 hours) to help with the art activation as we get closer to the festival.
