About the application

This is the Application for ALL STAFF (RANGERS and above) for SJ 2023. DO NOT give out this application to non-staff. If you are approved for Wednesday crash space, you will be notified by Jon in mid-August. If you are not on the Wednesday list, then that means no hotel Wednesday, and no FOGO. We will see you Thursday Morning at 10 am.

Terms & Conditions

All applications will be approved by Staffing within 2 weeks of submitting. Please do not fill it out multiple times! Unless otherwise told directly by Jon, everyone is to arrive on Thursday and check out on Monday. HOTEL COSTS: We are spending a lot each year on unused space in the hotels. To limit this we are implementing a few changes. If you apply and for whatever reason you cannot attend, we need to be informed ASAP so we can modify the hotel room lists. Please email Staffing@san-japan.org if you are not going to be able to make it. 08/20/23 is when we need to start finalizing the rooms, but can move stuff around up until check in on Con-Thursday at 3pm. Anyone planning on checking out on Sunday please let us know as well. We can release empty rooms a day early if they are not being used. **Since we had so many unused spaces over the last few years, the new policy is that if you sign up and do not notify us that you are not showing up, we may add you to the do not approve list moving forward.**
