Beyond The Blue III - Electrifying Funk This day of music will be jam packed with Funk and Jam based artists. It's gonna be electrifying when Jimkata takes the stage with their electro-rock sound with a triumph of swirling analog synths. So many new and amazing artists are taking the stage for the first time. It will be a day to remember! This is a rain or shine event. Tickets are non-refundable. In the case of a force majeure cancellation, tickets purchases will be held for future events. No Pets, Glass, Fireworks, Floating Lanterns, Firewood, or Glow Sticks. Thank you for respecting these requests. Heron staff may conduct searches of vehicles on arrival for these items. Failure to comply with rules of this facility may result in removal from this event. The laws of New York State apply to all patrons. There are inherent risks associated with being at an event at The Heron Farm & Event Center. By participating in a Heron event as a ticket purchaser, volunteer, staff, performer or vendor, you are fully responsible for your physical and mental self, your belongings, your vehicle, your actions, injuries, accidents, illness, property damage, or other occurrence arising in any manner whatsoever out of your participation in activities at The Heron Farm & Event Center. In addition, all persons attending this event, by their presence, may be photographed, videotaped, or broadcasted and waive any claim related to the use of their image for promotional purposes for The Heron. About the application

Volunteering for The Heron Farm & Event Center is a fun and rewarding experience! You can volunteer for 6 hours scheduled throughout the August 19th weekend which earns your weekend pass to the festival. You’ll feel good pitching in to help make The Heron a safe and fun weekend for all. Please fill out an application to become a part of our team! Volunteers earn a free ticket to the event. No meals or vehicle camping stickers are available to earn, UNLESS you are scheduled for extra hours, take a leadership position, and are granted these extras by volunteer coordination. . When choosing your crew (application) please fill out thoroughly and also please pick your own shifts. Choose 3 different shifts in the same department. Please note that you can not work your 6 hours all in one day. You must spread the hours out between 2 or 3 days. Returning Volunteers: Everyone needs to fill out an application because we have new software. Please understand that many aspects of the festival may be different than in the past and our coordination team is all new. They will be doing their best to find the best placement and schedule for you. New Volunteers: Fill out your application, a deposit of $75 will be required for anyone volunteering for their first two years. You will be e-mailed an invoice for the deposit after your application is approved by our coordination team. Any no-call no-show's will potentially be terminated from the volunteer system and/or asked to leave the grounds
