IN-PERSON Riverdale ArtWalk JIMMIE SIMPSON PARK (Queen St. E. & Booth Ave.) - Saturday, June 18: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM - Sunday, June 19: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM PLUS ONLINE until Sunday, June 26th! One of Toronto’s premier art exhibitions, Riverdale ArtWalk is a great place to connect with artists and buy that perfect piece for your home! Riverdale ArtWalk is a FREE two-day, public fine art exhibition showcasing established and emerging artists in Jimmie Simpson Park in Toronto’s flourishing Queen East arts district, as well as a 10 day Online Show and Sale. The festival traditionally hosts over 180 participating artists with the inclusion of local community groups and entertainment. Now in its 24th year in the Riverdale/Leslieville area of Toronto, the festival has grown to reach an audience of over 25,000 art enthusiasts and supporters with an international reach Online. About the application

The Riverdale ArtWalk is looking for energetic, friendly volunteers! This is a great way to earn community service hours or add something interesting to your CV. Meet others who are interested in fine art, and work with a great team in preparing for and supporting the first outdoor art show of the season. Join our team, which includes a wide range of people from students and emerging artists to professionals. Positions available, but not limited to: - Assisting with the load-in and load-out of the exhibition - Artist support during the exhibition - Information Booth and artist registration Location: Jimmie Simpson Park and Community Centre - 870 Queen St E, Toronto, ON M4M 3G9 Dates: June 17, June 18 and June 19 Thank you for your assistance and support! For 24 years the Artists’ Network’s Riverdale ArtWalk has been featuring local artists in an outdoor festival. This year the Riverdale ArtWalk is bigger and better than ever and will feature 150 established and emerging artists exhibiting painting, photography, mixed media, printmaking, drawing and sculpture.
