50th Anniversary Special Events

Needed to set-up and operational knowledge of AV equipment, specifically a projector, speaker, and screen, which will be used to show the “Festival Flicks” in a tent on the patio of The Trolley Barn. Good communication skills are a plus, since the job also involves being able to provide a short (preferably written) operational procedure and trouble-shooting tutorial to other volunteers who will be onsite during Festival. Finally, this volunteer ideally should be available on Saturday or Sunday to be contacted in the event of a malfunction of the equipment.

Help committee members with setting out tables and chairs, food, plates and utensils; greeting & directing guests; general assistance to guests and committee members.

Help set up folding chairs so the Pioneers will have a dedicated place to watch parade, then guard the chairs to make sure no one else takes them over. (Bonus points for loud voice, forceful personality).

Help with greeting and directing guests; general assistance to guests and committee members; helping committee members with packing up food, clearing up plates and utensils, folding and stacking chairs and tables.
