About the application

Swampfest Ambassadors are community champions who share our passion for creativity, connection, and local pride. This program is designed to bring enthusiastic volunteers into the heart of Swampfest operations, giving them hands-on experience and insight into how the festival comes to life. Ambassadors work closely with the Swampfest Board and may be considered for a board seat in the future as openings arise. Swampfest Ambassadors serve as an extension of the Board — supporting planning, outreach, and on-the-ground coordination — without formal voting rights. This role provides valuable leadership experience, community involvement, and a pathway to future board membership.

Terms & Conditions

One-year term (renewable annually) Attendance at regular board meetings and key events Active participation during the festival weekend
