1. Application and Selection Process
- Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance into the FantomCon crew.
- All applications are evaluated individually, and roles are assigned on a case-by-case basis.
- Requesting a specific position or department does not guarantee placement in that role.
2. Mandatory Training Requirements
- Participation as a crew member is contingent upon the completion of all required pre-show training sessions.
- Specific training requirements and schedules are determined by the department and role to which you are assigned.
- Certain specialized positions may require additional interview rounds and supplementary training sessions prior to final confirmation.
3. Attendance and Availability Policies
- All confirmed crew members are expected to fulfill their scheduled commitments. Failure to appear for your assigned role after confirming your availability will result in immediate disqualification from future participation in FantomCon events.
- Any changes to your availability must be submitted and documented prior to the official start of the event.
4. Accommodations
- While event management will endeavor to accommodate personal requests and scheduling needs, all accommodations remain subject to operational requirements and the specific demands of your assigned position.
