About the application

Join us for the 80th Annual City of Temple Christmas Parade! The parade is a long standing holiday tradition for Central Texas families, be part of that amazing tradition by volunteering at the parade! DATE: MONDAY, DECEMBER 7 NOTE: There will be a training session held on Tuesday, December 1 at 6pm to go over map, procedures, location assignments, parking instructions, etc. Location: TBA

You will be located on the median on Adams right before 3rd Street - your role will be to directly all entries to the NORTH side of Adams (Library side) to avoid the median before 3rd Street. You will be given a safety vest and parking wand to use during your shift. There will be a training session held on Tuesday, December 1 at 6pm to go over map, procedures, location assignments, parking instructions, etc. Location: TBA
De-staging - ZONE 3 Temple High School Parking Lot Dec 07, 2026 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm 4 2

This assignment will have you placed at various locations along 23rd Street and throughout the Temple High School parking lot. You will be directing parade entries to their designated, predetermined, de-staging areas. You will be given a safety vest and parking wand to use during your shift.
