About the event

Inspired by New York’s Kips Bay Decorator Show House, Inside & Inspired is a weekend interior design exhibition set within a New York City townhouse. Explore designer-led living, dining, bedroom, and outdoor installations, meet participating creatives, and enjoy talks and demonstrations throughout the venue. Public exhibition hours are Saturday, November 20, 10 AM–6 PM, and Sunday, November 21, 10 AM–5 PM. An invitation-only preview takes place Friday evening. Admission includes scheduled talks, subject to available seating; see the program for times and locations.

About the application

Help welcome visitors to Inside & Inspired, November 19–21, 2027. Volunteers support Friday’s private preview and the public weekend exhibition through check-in, exhibition hosting, and assistance with talks and hospitality. No design experience is needed, just a friendly attitude and dependability. Select up to two preferred shifts. We’ll confirm your assignment and send arrival instructions before the event. Badges are provided; please wear neat, comfortable clothing and shoes.

Terms & Conditions

Volunteers must be 18 or older. Placement and shifts require organizer confirmation. Arrive on time, attend the briefing, and notify the organizer if your availability changes. Treat everyone respectfully, protect visitor information, and report concerns to the coordinator. Assigned duties exclude security, technical installation, heavy lifting, and food preparation. Volunteer access covers assigned duties only; guest admission is separate.
