Safe Halloween Volunteer Terms & Conditions By submitting a volunteer application for Safe Halloween, I acknowledge and agree to the following: I agree to follow all instructions provided by event organizers, staff, and designated volunteers. I will conduct myself in a respectful, responsible, and professional manner while volunteering. I understand that I am expected to arrive on time for my assigned shift and notify the event organizers as soon as possible if I am unable to attend. I agree to help maintain a safe, welcoming, and family-friendly environment for all guests. I will not engage in inappropriate, threatening, discriminatory, or disruptive behavior. I will not leave my assigned area or duties without notifying an event organizer or supervisor. I agree to report any safety concerns, emergencies, or inappropriate behavior to event staff immediately. I understand that I may be asked to assist with activities, guests, setup, cleanup, games, treats, or other event-related duties as needed. I understand that volunteering does not guarantee employment, payment, community-service hours, or future volunteer opportunities unless specifically agreed upon by the organizers. I understand that event organizers reserve the right to change volunteer assignments or end my volunteer participation if necessary for safety or event operations. I agree to respect the privacy and personal information of event attendees, volunteers, and staff. I understand that submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance as a volunteer. Volunteer positions are subject to availability and organizer approval. Volunteer Responsibilities Volunteers will assist with the following event activities: Pass Out Candy: Help distribute candy to children and families during the event. Vendor/Cars Spots: Assist with directing and helping vendors locate and set up in their assigned spots. Event Area Parking: Please note that public parking is not permitted within the event area. Assist with directing guests to designated parking areas as needed. Kid Zone: Help monitor and assist with activities in the Kid Zone, helping ensure children and families have a fun and safe experience. Assigned Areas: Volunteers will be directed to their assigned area and responsibilities by the onsite Event Coordinator upon arrival. Please follow the coordinator’s instructions throughout your volunteer shift.
