Responsibilities include helping maintain proper spacing along the route and assisting with guiding and directing your comparsa at the end of the parade to ensure a safe and smooth exit.
Pacers should be comfortable walking long distances, standing for extended periods, following event instructions, and communicating clearly with participants and parade staff. A positive attitude, attentiveness, and strong sense of responsibility are essential for this role.
