This shift will focus on helping vendors arrive, unload, and get settled before the Hounds of Horror Night Market begins. Crew members will help direct vendors to their assigned booth locations, assist with unloading supplies, tables, canopies, decorations, and booth materials from vehicles, and provide basic setup assistance when needed. You may also help keep vendor traffic and unloading areas organized, answer basic vendor questions, and assist the Desert Sun Market team with additional setup tasks as needed. Applicants should be comfortable standing, walking, and helping with light-to-moderate event setup throughout the shift.

This shift will focus on helping with the Halloween activities taking place during the Hounds of Horror Night Market. Crew members may help encourage guests to participate in the costume contest and other activities, gather participants before activities begin, assist with registration or check-in, explain basic instructions, organize contestants, and help the event team make sure everything runs smoothly. Depending on the activity, you may also assist with judging or scoring the costume contest, participant tracking, crowd organization, trick-or-treating activities, handing out materials or treats, and other Halloween event responsibilities as assigned.
