About the event

***VOLUNTEER APPLICATIONS OPEN OCTOBER 1ST*** ChristmasVille offers a storybook setting filled with music, merriment, and wishes of good cheer. Bundle up friends and loved ones to enjoy the festival based on the whimsical artwork of Rock Hill’s adopted son and renowned illustrator, Vernon Grant, the artist who created Kellogg’s® Rice Krispies Snap!® Crackle!® Pop!®This holiday season, Old Town Rock Hill will sparkle with the exciting, charming, and picturesque holiday village and outdoor art festival featuring more than 70 events including horse-drawn carriage rides, historic tours, strolling carolers, art, theater, dance, music, a gingerbread house contest, crafts, multiple Santa activities, and a REAL ice skating rink!There are various ticketed events, contests, and volunteer opportunities. Please pay close attention to the dates and timeframes on each of those rather than the overall dates of the festival weekend.

About the application

Help create a magical experience for children by leading crafts and activities at ChristmasVille’s Preschool Day! Engage with little ones as they enjoy festive activities, crafts, and sing-alongs with Santa. Most duties take place outdoors, so please dress accordingly. A volunteer t-shirt will be provided - plan to wear long sleeves underneath if the weather is cold.
