About the event

For more than 52 years, the Kentucky Restaurant Association, Louisville Chapter, has brought together Louisville’s finest restaurants and chefs for the original Taste of Louisville! Come enjoy delicious samples from some of the city’s best restaurants, chefs, and beverage partners while discovering new favorites. But there’s more than tasting! Enjoy live music, dancing, photo opportunities, People’s Choice Awards, a raffle, and a special charitable auction. Best of all, the Taste of Louisville gives back to the community, having raised more than $300,000 for over 25 nonprofit organizations throughout its history. Great food. Great entertainment. Welcome to the 2026 Taste of Louisville! Please browse the available volunteer opportunities and select the shift that works best for you. If you have any questions about the applications or volunteer opportunities, please don’t hesitate to reach out. Please note: This is an electronic agreement. By selecting a volunteer opportunity and completing your registration, you are electronically acknowledging, validating, and approving the terms of this agreement. Without volunteers like you, we couldn’t make Taste of Louisville happen! Your time and support help us create a great experience for our guests, restaurants, vendors, and community. The 2026 Taste of Louisville brings together local restaurants, chefs, food lovers, and the Louisville community for an exciting event celebrating the food and hospitality that make our city special. This year’s event will also support Feed Louisville and the Kentucky Restaurant Association, helping further their efforts to rescue food and provide meals and resources to those in need throughout our community. Thank you for volunteering your time and supporting this great cause. We truly appreciate your help in making the 2026 Taste of Louisville a success! Volunteers must be 21 or older. Each volunteer will have an opportunity to enjoy the event while helping us make it a great experience for everyone. Thank you for being part of the Taste of Louisville team!

Terms & Conditions

By registering as a volunteer for the 2026 Taste of Louisville, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. Volunteer Eligibility Volunteers must be 21 years of age or older. Volunteers are expected to provide accurate information during registration. Volunteer opportunities are subject to availability and may be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. 2. Volunteer Responsibilities Volunteers agree to arrive on time for their scheduled shift and check in with the event team upon arrival. Volunteers are expected to be friendly, professional, and respectful toward guests, vendors, restaurants, event staff, and other volunteers. Volunteers may be asked to assist with guest services, event setup or cleanup, restaurant/vendor support, ticket or check-in assistance, or other event-related duties. Volunteers should remain in their assigned area or complete assigned responsibilities unless directed otherwise by event staff. 3. Event Participation Volunteers will have an opportunity to enjoy the event when their assigned responsibilities allow. Volunteer participation does not guarantee access to every area, activity, food or beverage offered at the event. Event staff reserve the right to adjust volunteer assignments, schedules, or responsibilities as needed to accommodate event operations. 4. Attendance & Cancellations If you are unable to attend your scheduled shift, please notify the event team as soon as possible so a replacement can be arranged. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may affect eligibility for future volunteer opportunities. 5. Conduct Volunteers must follow all event rules, venue policies, and instructions provided by event staff. Disrespectful, disruptive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. Volunteers who do not follow event policies or staff instructions may be asked to leave the event. 6. Event Changes The event team reserves the right to modify volunteer assignments, schedules, locations, event activities, or other event details when necessary. In the event of severe weather, an emergency, or other circumstances beyond the event team's control, the event schedule or volunteer opportunities may be changed, postponed, or canceled. 7. Electronic Agreement This is an electronic agreement. By selecting a volunteer opportunity, submitting your application, and completing registration, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to these Terms & Conditions electronically.
