EveeCon: Three Days, One Big Fandom Family
October 9–11
Riverbend Convention Center
EveeCon started as a group chat between five friends who couldn't agree on which fandom to cosplay for next. Three years later, it's grown into a weekend where anime fans, tabletop strategists, comic collectors, and everyone in between share the same halls — because a good story is a good story, no matter where it comes from.
This year, EveeCon takes over all four levels of Riverbend Convention Center for three full days of panels, artists, games, and the kind of hallway conversations that turn strangers into friends.
Find Your Path
With multiple programming rooms running at once, no two people will have the same EveeCon. Check the schedule each morning to build your day — voice actor panels in the Aurora Room, tabletop tournaments in Hall C, a cosplay repair station tucked by registration. New sessions get added as guests confirm, so it's worth a peek before you head out each morning.
The AVE Alley
The heart of EveeCon lives in Hall B, where over 120 artists, vendors, and exhibitors set up shop for the weekend. Original art, handmade props, indie comics, dice sets you didn't know you needed — it's equal parts marketplace and gallery, and most of the people behind the tables will happily tell you the story behind their work if you ask.
Made Possible By Our Sponsors
EveeCon runs on the support of local game shops, publishers, and studios who believe fan communities are worth investing in. You'll see them throughout the weekend — at booths, on stage introducing panels, and in the sponsor lounge on the third floor if you want to say thanks in person.
Getting Around
Riverbend is bigger than it looks. Grab a printed map at registration or pull up the digital one on your phone — either way, you'll find your room, your row in AVE Alley, and the nearest coffee line before you even land.
Tickets
Single-day and full-weekend passes are both available, with an early add-on for photo ops and workshop seats that tend to fill up fast. However you're joining us, your badge is your ticket to every panel room, the AVE Alley, and the community that shows up for this every year.
