Volunteer Terms & Conditions
By submitting this application, I understand and agree to the following:
Volunteer Status: I understand that this is an unpaid volunteer opportunity and does not create an employment relationship, partnership, or guarantee of compensation.
Shift Commitment: If selected, I agree to be available for the full volunteer shift on November 13 from 6:30–10:00 PM. I will arrive on time and notify the event coordinator as soon as possible if an emergency prevents me from attending.
Responsibilities: I agree to follow reasonable instructions from event organizers, venue staff, and event security while performing assigned volunteer duties.
Professional Conduct: I agree to treat guests, performers, staff, fellow volunteers, and venue personnel with courtesy and respect. Harassment, discrimination, threatening behavior, or disruptive conduct will not be tolerated.
Alcohol and Substance Use: I agree not to consume alcohol or use intoxicating substances while on duty. I will not report for my shift while impaired.
Confidentiality and Privacy: I agree to respect the privacy of guests and performers and not share private information, photographs, videos, or behind-the-scenes details without authorization.
Venue Rules and Safety: I agree to follow all venue policies, health and safety procedures, and instructions from event staff. I will immediately report any safety concern, incident, or emergency to the event coordinator or venue security.
Selection and Cancellation: Volunteer positions are limited, and submitting an application does not guarantee selection. The organizers may change assignments, schedules, or cancel the volunteer opportunity as needed.
Release and Waiver: To the extent permitted by law, I understand that I participate voluntarily and assume responsibility for my personal belongings and actions while volunteering.
Photo and Video: I understand that photography or video may take place during the event. [Choose one: I consent / I do not consent] to the use of my image in event-related promotional materials.
