About the event

HOURS: 10 am - 5 pm daily Come shop, play, tour and make memories during this 82-year-old tradition -- the Waterford Foundation's "Waterford Fair"! The Fair is the mid-Atlantic's quintessential fall festival with demonstrating fine heritage & contemporary craft artisans, living historians, a juried art show, historic properties tour, local libations, Waterford Craft School talks & workshops, and entertainment for all ages. Located in the National Historic Landmark of Waterford (f. 1733), this unique village is situated in Western Loudoun County, Virginia. Noted as "DC's Wine Country", we are only 50 minutes from the District of Columbia. Tickets go on sale in August. Children (12 & under) and Foundation Members are FREE! Ticket types include General Admission, Senior/Military/Student Admission, and Group Admission (20+). Event proceeds support the preservation and education efforts of the Waterford Foundation, a 501(c)(3). Join the Waterford Foundation at waterfordfoundation.org.

About the application

Inventory drop off will take place on September 22 - 26. Appointments are scheduled in 1 hour blocks. If you are not sure how much time you will need or you need a time outside of these days, please contact us at fairasst@waterfordfoundation.org or 540-882-3018, ext 7. Park in front of the Mill to drop off and then move your vehicle to Liggett St or down by the bridge at Cloverhill Rd. & Main St. . Please do not park on Bond Street. Watch for traffic coming around the corner at the Mill has visibility is limited. Please be careful when crossing the street. Don't forget to send your inventory form to Ren for review & approval, then bring 2 copies with you to drop off.
