Danville Tri Kappa's Fair on the Square is an annual community event that draws large numbers of visitors — from Danville and surrounding towns — to the streets surrounding the Hendricks County Courthouse.

About the application

Hello Tri Kappa sisters and friends/family! Thank you for your interest in helping us run our 28th annual Fair on the Square event! Please browse the shift options below and select which one(s) you are able to volunteer for. Shifts for putting up/taking down signs the week prior will be located around town. This will be communicated with you prior. The booth marking will be around the square the night before vendor setup. All other shifts will be located at the Tri Kappa booth (corner of Jefferson and Marion in the usual spot) and will cover various jobs, as needed, throughout the event. Some of the jobs that could be needed during your shift are: Setup or tear down of the TK booth, check/dump trash cans around the square, selling mums at the TK booth, clean picnic tables as needed, check porta potties/clean and replace toilet paper, and other duties as needed.

Terms & Conditions

Please ONLY sign up for shifts that you are able to attend. We need to have people to man our booth and watch over the event the whole time!
