About the event

The Clatsop County Fair has been a cherished tradition since 1905, evolving from its early days alongside the Astoria Regatta to its current home at the scenic Clatsop County Fair & Expo. The Fair draws 7,000 - 10,000 fairgoers from across the region for four days of family-friendly fun and community spirit! This year, we’re thrilled to announce the return of a carnival! Rides, classic games, and that unmistakable fair midway fun is back! This exciting addition to the fair is expected to boost attendance and foot traffic throughout the fairgrounds, making 2026 a fantastic year for vendors, exhibitors, sponsors, entertainers, and fairgoers. The 2026 Fair will feature: • Rides and Carnival Games! • Vendors! • Live music and entertainment daily • A large outdoor concert on Friday night (July 24, 2026) featuring Kameron Marlowe with special guests, the Kruse Brothers. • 4-H and FFA livestock exhibits, shows, crafts, and education al displays. • A talent show and a car show. • Community Competitions – showcasing the talents of Clatsop County • Free parking and affordable admission options, including a family cap and season pass. About the application

The Clatsop County Fair is a cherished community event that brings together people of all ages for a celebration of local culture, food, exhibits, music, animals, vendors and fun! Thank you for your interest in signing-up to volunteer your time! Your commitment to make our fair a success makes a significant difference and we can't to this fair without volunteers like you! Select the volunteer position(s) and shifts(s) you would like to volunteer for and submit this online form. After you sign-up, a Clatsop County Fair & Expo staff member will follow-up with you via the email address you provide when you sign-up. Volunteers needed for the following roles (descriptions and more details provided in the sign-up form): - Concert Area Badge Checker - Parking Monitor/Gatekeeper - Parking Shuttle Driver for VIP Concert Sponsors - Concert Setup & Tear Down - Rascal Rodeo Volunteers DO NOT sign-up here. Terms & Conditions

As a volunteer, you will receive a voucher for an ice cream at the 4-H Chicken Coop (this will be given to you when you check-in for your shift) and a General Admission ticket to the Kameron Marlowe outdoor concert with special guest, Kruse Brothers on Friday, July 24. You will receive a concert ticket for EACH shift you cover! Very Important: Your concert ticket(s) will be emailed to the email address you provide when you signed-up to volunteer.
