About the application

Volunteer will work with a team at the front gate checking in vehicles attending the Christmas Laser Light Show. Volunteer will need a smart phone with the Eventeny App already uploaded prior to the show. (Bradley or Robin can assist you with upload if you need help.)

Terms & Conditions

1. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. 2. Applications are accepted upon availability. 3. Application has been completed accurately. 4. Volunteers are representing The Laser Light Show (Sponsored by The National Black Bear Festival) and should conduct themselves appropriately. If inappropriate behavior occurs while representing the Laser Light Show, the volunteer will be asked to leave and may be banned from future events. 5. Volunteers must check in 15 minutes prior to their assigned shift. 6. Any equipment issued to volunteers must be returned at the end of shift (unless otherwise communicated). 7. Alcohol and Drugs are Prohibited. 8. Volunteers should enter their shift with a glad and joyful heart. 9. Volunteers agree NOT to hold the Plymouth Municipal Airport, or The National Black Bear Festival responsible for any injury or any damage to personal property that may occur. By hitting submit I agree to all Term and Conditions inclusive of all waivers and attachments.
