About the application

Welcome to the Realms Unknown volunteer crew — we're thrilled to have you! This quick onboarding helps us get to know you: your availability, your interests, and any skills or experience you'd like to bring to the festival. Everything you share here feeds directly into how we build the volunteer schedule, so we can match you with shifts and roles that fit you, and make sure every part of the festival is well covered. It only takes a few minutes, and it makes a real difference in helping us plan a smooth, fully staffed event. Thanks for being part of bringing Realms Unknown to life!

Terms & Conditions

Thanks for joining the crew! Here's the short version of what you're agreeing to. The full Volunteer Terms & Conditions will be provided your first shift and have all the details, this is just to make them easy to skim. It's volunteer work. Your role is unpaid and voluntary, you're not an employee. Be a good teammate. Treat everyone with respect, follow your coordinator's instructions, and skip alcohol or drugs while on shift. Safety first. Follow all safety guidance, use any required gear, and report any injury, hazard, or concern to a coordinator right away. Some roles involve standing, lifting, or being outdoors, tell us if you need any accommodations. Know the risks. Festivals are busy, active environments, and you're taking part voluntarily. Keep it confidential. Please don't share private attendee, vendor, or behind-the-scenes info. Flexibility goes both ways. We may adjust roles or shifts, and you can step back anytime by letting your coordinator know. ☐ I've read and agree to the full Volunteer Terms & Conditions, including the assumption of risk and release of liability.
