About the event

The City of Mountain View, Arkansas proudly welcomes you to the 65th Annual Arkansas Folk Festival on April 16–17! Take a leisurely walk through our historic downtown and enjoy unique storefront displays, the Artisans Market filled with handcrafted treasures, classic antique cars, delicious food vendors, and demonstrations of cherished folk traditions, including storytelling, quilting, blacksmithing, traditional crafts, dancing, and live folk music on the courthouse square.The festival parade will be held on Saturday, April 17, 2027, starting at 10:00 a.m. For added convenience, free shuttle service will run between the Ozark Folk Center and the courthouse square throughout the event. Bring your instruments, join the music, and experience the spirit of Mountain View with plenty of pickin’, grinnin’, and hometown hospitality!
