PYE CON is the biggest gathering of Black spiritual culture in the World, and it takes a village to build it. Our volunteers are not just helpers. They are community members who believe in the mission and show up to protect the energy in real time. If you are ready to serve, show up, and be part of something bigger than yourself, apply below. Terms & Conditions

By submitting this volunteer application to PYE CON 2026 you agree to the following terms and conditions. COMMITMENT Submitting this application is a commitment to show up. If you are accepted and confirm your shift you are expected to arrive on time, stay for your full shift, and represent PYE CON with professionalism and positive energy. Last minute cancellations directly impact the community and the experience. CANCELLATIONS If you need to cancel your volunteer shift please notify us in writing at protectyoenerycon@gmail.com at least 2 weeks before the event. Cancellations without notice may affect your eligibility to volunteer at future PYE CON events. CONDUCT Volunteers are expected to conduct themselves in full alignment with the values and energy of PYE CON at all times. Any volunteer who creates a disruption, unsafe environment, or acts out of alignment with our community standards may be removed from their shift without compensation. PHOTO & VIDEO By volunteering at PYE CON 2026 you agree to be photographed and filmed. Images and video may be used for promotional purposes across PYE CON's marketing channels. LIABILITY You volunteer at your own risk. PYE CON, Protect Yo Energy, its founders, staff, and agents are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your participation as a volunteer at PYE CON 2026. VOLUNTEER BENEFITS In appreciation of your service you will receive: free event entry (Community level access during your off-shift time), official PYE CON volunteer t-shirt, volunteer appreciation gift, meals and snacks during your shift, and first access to Early Bird tickets for PYE CON 2027. BY SUBMITTING THIS APPLICATION YOU CONFIRM THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO THESE TERMS IN FULL.
