About the application

Thank you for your interest in volunteering at the Ann Arbor Pride Festival! We have 5 volunteer departments available: Festival Set Up Info Booth Volunteer Donations Volunteer Grounds Crew Festival Tear Down Later in this application, these roles will be detailed further and you'll be able to choose your desired department(s) and sign up for shifts! :) Please indicate on your application any accessibility needs, we will make sure everyone can participate.

Terms & Conditions

Event Date: Saturday August 1st 2026 What to expect as a volunteer: • A welcoming and inclusive environment • Hybrid volunteer training one week before the event • Free volunteer t-shirt • Outdoor conditions, August weather • Opportunities to sign up as a group & volunteer together (sports teams, employee resource groups, etc.)
