Tsubasacon is a three-day convention that offers video and tabletop gaming, informative guest and fan panels, vendors, artists, a cosplay contest, and gatherings for fans of anime, video gaming, pop culture and more.

About the application

Volunteers who work at least 12 hours over the weekend will receive a free badge or reimbursement if already pre-registered. If you’re unable to work the full 12 hours please work with the volunteer coordinator ahead of time. Able to assist with tasks like setting chairs, event seating, placing print-outs and packing program bags, badge-check, crowd control, and work as an assistant within certain departments, panels, registration, etc. Able to work up to 4 hour shifts. When arriving at the convention look for the volunteer check-in near registration.

Terms & Conditions

Volunteers must be 16 years or older at the time of the convention. Have a means of contact throughout and during the convention, such as a cell phone to receive text messages. Volunteers must sign up for a minimum of 12 hours for the weekend.
