About the event

Located in Lackawanna Station, Montclair Flea brings together a diverse rotating community of talented vendors, showcasing handmade goods, vintage treasures, foods and unique finds. But at its heart, Montclair Flea is a place where small businesses, artists, and entrepreneurs are nurtured and supported. Accepted Categories We welcome a mix of: Vintage (sorry no new resale) Handmade goods & original art Jewelry & accessories Home goods & decor Wellness, beauty & lifestyle brands Specialty food (packaged only; no on-site cooking unless otherwise noted) Each event may have specific themes or category caps. Please select the category that best represents your business. General Event Protocol: Vendors must remain set up for the full duration of the event. All displays must stay within the footprint of your assigned space. Tables, racks, and signage must be freestanding. Nothing can be taped, affixed or leaned on the murals in the space.We do not allow tent structures indoors and have a height max of 6ft. Vendors that need power can purchase a space with electricity. Music, open flames, and generators are not permitted. Food & Beverage Guidelines: All food vendors must comply with local health department regulations and are required to get the proper permits from the Montclair Health Department. Packaged food vendors may be required to submit permits or ingredient labels. Setup, Breakdown & Load-In: Load-in and setup details will be emailed in advance of the event. Early breakdown is not permitted unless approved by management. Hand trucks are recommended. We have flat bed trucks for vendors to use. Selection Process: Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis with attention to category balance, quality, and fit for each specific event. If accepted, you will receive an email with confirmation and next steps.

Thank you for considering volunteering at the Holiday Montclair Flea! We are looking for people to help make the magic happen as well as help make the day as smooth as possible for our vendors and customers.

By submitting this application, I understand that any volunteer opportunity with Montclair Flea is voluntary and does not create an employment agreement, contract, or guarantee of future work. I understand that volunteer roles are unpaid, at-will, and may be ended by either me or Montclair Flea at any time, with or without notice. I understand that participation may involve ordinary risks associated with event setup, public markets, crowds, weather, equipment, and vendor activity. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I agree to assume responsibility for my own safety and personal property and release Montclair Flea, Lackawanna Station, its owners, staff, partners, vendors, and representatives from claims related to injury, loss, or damage arising from my volunteer participation, except where prohibited by law.
