About the application

Come and volunteer with us - the World's largest multicultural festival, the Edmonton Heritage Festival. Running from August 1st to 3rd at Hawrelak Park. NEW THIS YEAR: Volunteers must be able to commit to 2 shifts from Friday to Monday in order to be accepted to volunteer. Volunteer Raffle for $200 Visa gift card -> Every volunteer who does 2 shifts will get 1 raffle ticket. Volunteers who complete 1 or more shifts on Monday, August 3rd get an additional entry to the raffle. Volunteers who work the last shifts on Monday will also get an additional surprise swag item at the end of their shift. While supplies last. Please note: shifts that appear available are sometimes already full. Meet new friends and learn about the cultures of the world. ***If you are 18 or older - ALL KIDZWORLD & SENIORS CENTRE OPPORTUNITIES REQUIRE A VULNERABLE SECTOR CHECK (POLICE CHECK). (Not applicable to anyone under 18 years of age)

By signing up to volunteer you are giving consent to the Edmonton Heritage Festival Association to contact you regarding upcoming volunteer opportunities, information about the festival, and volunteer positions you have signed up for. By signing up to volunteer you have given consent to the following. * Edmonton Heritage Festival to use any photographs of the volunteer for promotional purposes, * Release the Edmonton Heritage Festival of all liability of injury or illness that may occur. * Some volunteer opportunities require persons to be 18 or older.
