🌌🎸 Into The Floyd — An Interstellar Journey Into the Music of Pink Floyd 🎸🌌 Into The Floyd is coming to the Robinson & Broadhurst Performing Arts Amphitheater for an unforgettable night celebrating the legendary music of Pink Floyd. Based in Central Massachusetts, Into The Floyd brings the music of Pink Floyd vividly to life, performing an authentic and expansive catalog spanning the band’s entire career — from their earliest psychedelic works of the 1960s through their final studio recordings. Featuring a core lineup of five multi-instrumentalists, the band recreates the full sensory experience of a live Pink Floyd concert, complete with immersive lighting and visual elements that move seamlessly through the iconic Floyd soundscape. Audiences can expect meticulous, note-perfect renditions of studio classics alongside faithful recreations of legendary live performances, as well as thoughtfully crafted hybrid interpretations unique to Into The Floyd. About the application

As a General Event Help volunteer, you will play a key role in supporting a fun, safe, and organized experience for all attendees. Tasks may include: • Greeting guests and offering directions or assistance • Handing out flyers, brochures, or event materials • Taking or scanning tickets at entry points • Monitoring entry/exit areas and reporting any safety concerns • Assisting with setup or breakdown as needed • Being a visible, friendly presence throughout the event Requirements: • Able to stand or walk for extended periods Friendly, approachable, and able to work well with others

Terms & Conditions

As a volunteer for the Town of Winchendon, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. Conduct & Representation You must be able to follow all directions given by event staff and coordinators. Volunteers are expected to represent the Town of Winchendon in a positive, respectful, and professional manner at all times. This includes treating attendees, staff, performers, and fellow volunteers with courtesy and respect. 2. Appearance & Dress Code Volunteers must dress appropriately for a public, family-friendly event. If a volunteer shirt or badge is provided, it must be worn for easy identification. 3. Punctuality & Attendance Volunteers are expected to arrive on time and stay for the duration of their assigned shift unless other arrangements have been made in advance. 4. Safety & Awareness Volunteers are expected to remain alert, follow safety guidelines, and report any suspicious or emergency situations to staff immediately. You may be asked to assist with minor first aid or crowd management if comfortable and trained. 5. Communication Volunteers should regularly check their email or preferred method of communication for updates or instructions prior to the event. If your availability changes, please notify the volunteer coordinator as soon as possible. 6. Confidentiality & Media Any confidential information learned during your volunteer duties (e.g., performer schedules, security protocols) should not be shared. Photos or media taken while volunteering may be used by the Town of Winchendon for promotional purposes unless otherwise requested. 7. Liability & Waiver By volunteering, you acknowledge that you are participating at your own risk. The Town of Winchendon is not responsible for any personal injury or loss of personal belongings during your volunteer shift. Dismissal The Town of Winchendon reserves the right to dismiss volunteers for misconduct, failure to follow instructions, or behavior that disrupts the safety or enjoyment of the event.
