About the application

Thank you for your interest in volunteering for Thomaston Main Street 9th Annual Freedom Fest on July 4, 2026. Freedom Fest will be held at Greatest Generation Park, 213 Park Drive, Thomaston, GA 30286 from 4pm-10pm. Volunteers are needed to help with arts & crafts market set up, assisting attendees with festival layout and schedule, assisting staff with t-shirt sales, and hospitality.

Terms & Conditions

By participating in the 2026 Freedom Fest, volunteers acknowledge that this is a volunteer, outdoor activity that may involve physical activity, uneven terrain, weather exposure, and handling of litter or debris. Volunteers agree to follow all safety instructions provided by event staff and to participate at their own risk.Volunteers are responsible for wearing appropriate attire, including closed-toe shoes. Volunteers should also use reasonable caution while performing assigned tasks.By registering, participants agree to release and hold harmless the City of Thomaston, the Thomaston Downtown Development Authority, their officials, employees, volunteers, partners, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to participation in this event.
