About the event

The Ethnic Enrichment Commission of Kansas City is proud to present one of the largest gatherings of multiculturalism - focusing on the traditional cultures found here in our home, Kansas City, and its surrounding metro area. The Ethnic Enrichment Commission of Kansas City is 501(c)(3) non-profit supporting over 60 cultural organizations and communities. Festival operation hours are: Friday, August 21 | 6-10 pm (Gates open at 4:30 PM.) Saturday, August 22 | 12-10 pm (Gates open at 10:30 AM.) Sunday, August 23 | 12-10 pm (Gates open at 10:30 AM.)

About the application

ALL countries MUST complete a MINIMUM of 6 hours building or tearing down the festival. Failure to do so, results in your country being in bad standing. Pre-festival build week and teardown DO NOT count toward profit sharing. These are VOLUNTEER hours. rnrnYou are expected to be on time and your entire shift duration. If you complete your assigned task quicker than the allotted time, you MUST check in with the festival manager to see if other tasks need to be complete BEFORE LEAVNG.rnrnShifts are divided between build and teardown. You are signing up for either a morning or afternoon shift. Potential tasks and difficulty are listed in the description.rnrnYou can use your eventeny account and sign your commission members up on their behalf. Or use your name and make sure whoever shows up signs in under your country to receive credit. Minimum age is 16. NO children working in these booths.
