Volunteers understand they are participating at their own risk and release the festival, organizers, sponsors, and venue from liability for personal injury, loss, or damage. Volunteers grant permission for photographs or video taken during the event to be used for festival promotional purposes without compensation. The festival reserves the right to remove any volunteer for inappropriate behavior or failure to follow event policies.
