*Volunteer Expectations
As a Chilimania volunteer, I understand that I am representing the organization and agree to:
-Arrive on time and remain available for the entirety of my scheduled shift.
-Treat guests, fellow volunteers, performers, vendors, organizers, and community members with courtesy and respect.
-Follow all instructions provided by Chilimania organizers, volunteer coordinators, and area supervisors.
-Maintain a positive, helpful, and professional attitude while volunteering.
-Perform my assigned responsibilities to the best of my ability.
-Notify the volunteer coordinator as soon as possible if I am unable to fulfill my scheduled shift.
-Follow all event safety procedures and immediately report accidents, injuries, suspicious activity, or unsafe conditions.
-Report for my shift fit and able to safely perform my assigned duties.
-Refrain from using illegal drugs before or during my volunteer shift.
-Wear appropriate clothing and any required volunteer identification provided by Chilimania.
-Respect any private or confidential information learned while volunteering.
-Remain within my assigned volunteer area unless directed otherwise by an organizer or supervisor.
*Code of Conduct:
Chilimania volunteers are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful, inclusive, safe, and professional manner.
Harassment, discrimination, threats, violence, theft, intoxication, unsafe behavior, refusal to follow instructions, or conduct that jeopardizes the safety of others or the reputation of Chilimania may result in immediate dismissal from volunteer service and removal from the event.

I certify that the information provided in my application is accurate. If accepted as a volunteer, I agree to follow Chilimania’s policies, procedures, volunteer expectations, and directions from event organizers.
I understand that either I or Chilimania may end the volunteer relationship at any time. Failure to fulfill my assigned shift or follow these expectations may affect my eligibility for future volunteer opportunities.
