The FC Dallas Soccer Celebration is at Simpson Plaza, 6101 Frisco Square Boulevard, Frisco, TX 75034. This is a family‑friendly event featuring live music, engaging activities, and the opportunity to watch international soccer matches from Thursday, June 11 through Sunday, July 19. Volunteers are essential to creating a smooth, welcoming experience for all attendees. Opportunities include assisting with guest check‑in and distributing materials as Registration Attendants, supporting VIP hospitality, helping sponsors inside the Activation Tent, monitoring event boundaries as Perimeter Attendants, providing on‑site support to performing talent as Entertainment Attendants, and serving as versatile Floaters who step in wherever needed. We are seeking enthusiastic volunteers who are excited to help us celebrate this monumental moment in soccer history and bring this community event to life.

Terms & Conditions

By submitting this volunteer application, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions: Eligibility & Conduct Volunteers must conduct themselves with professionalism, courtesy, and respect toward all attendees, staff, vendors, and fellow volunteers. FC Dallas, SBG Hospitality and the City of Frisco is committed to providing a safe, inclusive environment. Discrimination, harassment, or inappropriate behavior of any kind will not be tolerated. Background Check Requirement All volunteers are required to undergo and pass a background check prior to participating in the event. By submitting this application, you authorize SBG Hospitality and its designated third‑party provider to conduct a background check for the purpose of verifying your eligibility to volunteer. Failure to complete or pass the background check will result in removal from the volunteer roster. Mandatory Training Session Volunteers are required to attend a scheduled training session prior to their volunteer service. Training ensures volunteers understand event expectations, safety procedures, role responsibilities, and SBG Hospitality’s, FC Dallas and the City of Frisco’s standards for guest interaction. Volunteers who do not attend the required training session may be removed from the volunteer roster for that event. The mandatory training dates are scheduled for Monday, June 8 and Tuesday, June 9 from 6:30pm - 7:30pm. Health & Safety Volunteers must be physically and medically able to perform assigned duties. Volunteers agree to follow all safety guidelines, instructions, and protocols provided by SBG Hospitality staff. Volunteers must immediately report any unsafe conditions, injuries, or incidents to an SBG team member. Assumption of Risk Volunteers understand that event participation may involve physical activity and accept all risks associated with volunteering, including but not limited to lifting, walking, standing for extended periods, weather exposure, and interaction with large crowds. Liability Waiver In consideration of being allowed to volunteer, you agree to release and hold harmless SBG Hospitality LLC, FC Dallas, the City of Frisco, its officers, employees, agents, partners, and event sponsors from any claims or liabilities arising from your participation, including those resulting from negligence. Media Release Volunteers grant permission for SBG Hospitality and FC Dallas to use photographs, video, audio, or other media captured during the event for promotional or informational purposes. Communication Consent Volunteers agree to receive event‑related communication via email and/or SMS text regarding schedules, updates, and instructions. Commitment & Attendance Volunteers agree to arrive on time, complete their assigned shift(s), and notify SBG Hospitality as soon as possible if they are unable to attend. Repeated no‑shows or late cancellations may affect eligibility for future volunteer opportunities. Removal from Volunteer Duties SBG Hospitality, FC Dallas and the City of Frisco reserves the right to remove any volunteer from an event or future opportunities if behavior, performance, or background check results do not meet organizational standards.
