About the event

Welcome to 2026 Wenatchee Pride Fest — a joyful, family-friendly celebration of love, identity, and community in the Wenatchee Valley! Join us for a full day of connection and Pride featuring local vendors and artists, live entertainment, community resources, food, and activities for all ages. Wenatchee Pride Fest is a space to celebrate LGBTQIA2S+ community members, uplift local voices, and create a welcoming environment where everyone can show up as they are. Come as you are, bring your people, and celebrate with us!

Terms & Conditions

The City of Wenatchee requires all volunteers to attend a brief pre-event meeting to review safety and emergency protocols. This meeting will be held at Lincoln Park 1–3 days before the event and will last no more than 30 minutes. Volunteers will have the opportunity in their application to share which meeting option works best for them, and we will do our best to choose a time that works for as many volunteers as possible. Final meeting details will be sent at least one week before the event. Volunteer t-shirts will also be distributed at this meeting. All volunteers must complete a participation waiver. A copy of the waiver is available for download in the volunteer section of the event page. You are welcome to sign and submit it with your volunteer application, but it is not required in advance. Additional copies will be available at the pre-event meeting and must be signed at that time. If you are unable to attend the pre-event meeting or volunteer as scheduled, please notify us as soon as possible. While we may not be able to accommodate every schedule, we will do our best to work with volunteers whenever possible.
