About the event

Please come join us as we start prepping for WRF 2026! We will be painting the Queen's Dais and a lot of panels, and other fun things too! Bring snacks and water. There will be donuts, coffee and lunch provided.

About the application

Join us for a fun painting day! We will be painting the Queen's Dais, setting up the Queen's tent to spray, and painting about 50 panels needed for bringing Mysthaven to life. The fun will begin at 9:00 am with donuts and coffee, lunch will be provided, and we hope to be done about 4:30 or 5:00 pm. Come for all day or just a few hours!

Terms & Conditions

This is a work day. Please remember to wear appropriate clothes (that you don't mind getting paint on), gloves, and good shoes. Bring snacks, water, and sunscreen!

message Come build, paint, laugh and have a good time with us. We will be there all day, but if you can only join us for part of the day, we will take it! Painting is the name of the game, so come ready in paint clothes and good shoes. Bring gloves if you have them, for moving around panels.
