About the event

Join us for the Dormont Street and Music Festival, one of the community’s most anticipated events of the year. Taking place rain or shine, this free, all-ages festival offers a full day of live music across three stages featuring 18 bands, along with a wide variety of food, unique arts and crafts, and activities for all. Explore more than 60 vendors, support local businesses and artisans, and enjoy the energy and spirit of the Dormont community with family and friends. Mark your calendar for October 10—we look forward to seeing you there! Our event wouldn't be possible without Bands, Vendors and Sponsors! Our applications schedule is as follows: - Band Application: April 1 - May 15 - Vendor Application: May 15 - August 31 - Sponsor Application: May 1 - August 31

About the application

Our festival wouldn’t be possible without the energy, dedication, and support of our volunteers! Below are the different roles you can sign up for. Each volunteer will receive a tee shirt and instructions during your shift. There will be water on hand as well.

message Help with event setup before the festival starts. \r\n\r\nTasks include setting up tents, tables, chairs, signage, and décor. \r\n\r\nAssist vendors with check-in, direct them to their assigned spaces, help with load-in and load-out, and be on-call for vendor needs throughout the day. \r\n\r\nGood for you if: You like being active, don’t mind lifting, and want to see how an event comes together behind the scenes. You’re friendly, organized, and active.
