Terms and Conditions for Volunteers at Southern Peach Praise Fest
1. Agreement to Terms
By signing up as a volunteer for the Southern Peach Praise Fest, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
2. Volunteer Eligibility
- Volunteers must be at least 13 years old.
- If under 18, a parent or guardian must provide consent.
- Volunteers are expected to have a positive attitude and a willingness to work as a team.
3. Responsibilities
- Volunteers will be assigned specific roles and tasks, which may include setup, cleanup, assisting vendors, managing activities, and providing information to attendees.
- Volunteers must arrive on time for their scheduled shifts and communicate promptly if they are unable to attend.
- Volunteers are expected to be respectful to attendees, vendors, and fellow volunteers.
4. Dress Code
- Volunteers will receive a Southern Peach Praise Fest Logo T-shirt, which must be worn during your shift.
- Comfortable and appropriate clothing and footwear are encouraged.
5. Safety and Conduct
- Volunteers are required to adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols in place during the event.
- Any behavior that is deemed disruptive, inappropriate, or unsafe will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event.
6. Liability Waiver
- By volunteering, you understand that participation may involve inherent risks. You agree to release and hold harmless the Southern Peach Praise Fest and the Xtreme Dreams Foundation from any liability, claims, or damages arising from your participation in the event.
7. Confidentiality
- Volunteers must respect the privacy of attendees, vendors, and other volunteers. Any confidential information acquired during the event must remain private.
8. Volunteer Benefits
- As outlined, volunteers are eligible for one meal ticket, a Southern Peach Praise Fest Logo T-shirt, and a $25 Amazon gift card.
- Benefits may be subject to change and are not transferable.
9. Photography and Media
- By volunteering, you consent to be photographed or recorded during the event for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform the event coordinators.
10. Termination of Agreement
- The Southern Peach Praise Fest reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to failure to meet the responsibilities outlined in these terms.
11. Governing Law
- These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia.
