I understand that my participation is voluntary and that I will follow all event rules, policies, and directions provided by DCBA staff and event coordinators. I understand that volunteering may involve outdoor work, interacting with the public, lifting equipment, and other event-related activities. I agree to participate at my own risk and accept responsibility for my actions while volunteering. By signing this form, I agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the Downtown Chico Business Association (DCBA), the City of Chico, and their officers, employees, agents, and volunteers from any claims, liability, injury, loss, or damage arising from my participation as a volunteer at the Thursday Night Market.
